My room, a superior twin room, was very clean and well-kept. The mini mart on the premises was SO convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. I appreciated the staff helping to arrange taxis. It made getting around REALLY easy.

I found that the beach restaurant tables were put away too early in the evening. I wanted to eat dinner on the beach one night but the tables were already gone.

The restaurant had good food at reasonable prices, with a selection of dishes. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, with options suitable for various tastes, including some Thai specialties. This makes for a great start to your day.

Staff members were always polite and helpful, and promptly addressed any concerns. When I needed assistance with the jacuzzi in my room, someone arrived within fifteen minutes. This responsiveness made a difference.

our room was NOT good. the air conditioning made so much noise it was hard to sleep. also, there WAS only one light switch by the door. the front desk STAFF snickered when I complained ABOUT these issues.
